What the current DentUkraine catalogue uses, what it does not store, and which contact paths remain disabled.
01
This document describes the current public catalogue and clinic-contact preparation mode. DentUkraine is not a healthcare provider, does not diagnose and does not make medical decisions. Public patient enquiries, medical-document uploads and delivery to clinics are currently disabled.
02
The catalogue organises public clinic information: names, locations, public website addresses, services, price-list items, source dates and URLs, photos with provenance information, and aggregate review data. Private clinic email addresses and phone numbers are used only by server-side operations and are not returned to public queries.
03
The language choice is stored in the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, while currency and theme may be stored in browser storage. Catalogue settings may appear in a shared result URL. The patient's travel origin and personal quote remain in the current tab only and do not enter the URL, persistent storage or analytics. Do not put personal data into a URL you share.
04
The assistant does not store a conversation transcript. Before a model call, urgent cases and diagnosis requests are stopped, and the model receives only a strict search contract. Assistant calls use the provider in a no-data-collection and zero-data-retention mode. Product analytics accepts only a short allowlist of anonymous settings and counters, without contact data, health data or patient location.
05
The enquiry path is closed at both page and server level. We do not store contact details or medical documents from an attempt to open the closed form. If this function is enabled in the future, it will require a separate legal decision, retention rules, upload controls, consents and operational readiness; this document does not open that path.
